Qvantel, the leading provider of cloud-based Business Support Solutions (BSS) for telecom operators has signed a partner agreement with Ericsson. Qvantel will deliver to Ericsson its Omni-Channel digital front end. The first newly signed joint delivery will be for the multinational Vimpelcom Group, which serves over 200 million customers in 14 countries.
“As our biggest and most significant agreement to date, this illustrates the power of our innovative BSS software and strengthens our position in the global BSS market,” says Mr. Karri Linna, CEO of Qvantel. “While there is a lot of talk about digitalization, at Qvantel we are already doing it.”

Qvantel continues to hire new people in response to business growth and is currently looking to take on 200 new professionals, of which the majority in Finland. The company has offices in Finland, India, Sweden, Estonia, Spain and the USA, and will strengthen its expertise at all sites.
