Qvantel, an international IT services company, delivered event data collection and pre-processing application for Länsilinkki, which is part of the Finnet group. The data collection and pre-processing application collects events from various network elements and pre-processes the events ready for billing solutions and payment settlements . Länsilinkki is owned by Finnet operators. In addition, Qvantel delivered an application with which Länsilinkki can process cost-efficiently EDR-based clearing reporting between the operators.
